Classic menswear that got about eighty percent of the way there.
A plum-and-diamond argyle polo that was well on track to being genuinely tasteful before the pretzels arrived. The argyle is still under there somewhere. It's doing its best.
This is our quietly funny one, and reliably the shirt people ask about. It reads as heritage menswear from a distance and rewards a second look — which is the whole trick. If the beer glass feels like too much of a commitment, start here.
It'll get through the pro shop
Australian dress codes restrict uncollared tops and clothing carrying substantial advertising slogans or offensive language. Argyle has been welcome on golf courses for roughly a century, and nobody has amended the rules for pretzels yet.
Ribbed collar, tuckable cut, no branding and no text anywhere on the garment.
The build
- Moisture-wicking performance polyester, cut for heat
- Full sublimation — the diamonds line up across the placket and continue onto the collar and sleeves
- Dyed into the fibre, so no cracking, peeling or fading
- Three-button placket, ribbed folded collar
- Cold wash, hang dry, no ironing
- Sizes S to 4XL
Pattern alignment at the collar and buttons is the hardest part of all-over printing and the first thing we check. The close-up shots are there so you can judge it before you buy.
Sizing — worth thirty seconds
These run small — about two sizes under a typical Australian fit. If you wear an AU Large, order the 2XL. The knit is stretchy, so one size up is enough if you like a trim, athletic fit. Between sizes, always go up.

Straight answers
The questions you would actually ask.
Will they actually let me wear this at my club?
Almost certainly. Australian dress codes restrict uncollared tops and offensive slogans or advertising — not patterns. Ours is collared, tuckable and carries no words whatsoever. If your club is unusually strict, check with the pro shop, but we built the range specifically to pass.
What size should I order?
One size up from your usual Australian fit. If you wear a Large in an Aussie or European brand, take the XL. Between sizes, always go up. Full chest and body-length measurements in centimetres are in the description above and on our size guide.
How long does delivery take?
7–12 business days, delivered. Free Australia-wide. These are made to order and shipped direct, which is exactly why you're paying $69.95 rather than the $135 the American brands charge for identical construction. If you need them for a specific date, give it three weeks — most orders land well inside that, but you want the buffer.
Will it be see-through, or smell after a hot round?
No to both. It's an opaque performance knit, not a jersey mesh. Polyester moves sweat rather than absorbing it, so it dries fast — wash it cold after a hot day and it comes up clean, same as any performance polo.
What if it turns up and it's wrong?
You get a mulligan. 30 days to send it back unworn for a refund or a swap. If it's faulty or not what you ordered, we cover postage both ways and you don't need to argue about it. None of this reduces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
