We ship direct from our production partners rather than holding stock through a distributor and a wholesaler, which is how a fully sublimated performance polo lands at $69.95 with the postage included. The trade-off is time, and we would rather put that at the top of the page than at the bottom of a checkout screen.

Buying for a fixed date — Father's Day, a bucks trip, an ambrose day? Give it three weeks. Most orders land comfortably inside that, but we would rather you had buffer than a shirt that turns up the Monday after.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched. Tracking can go quiet for a few days mid-transit — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. If it has not updated in ten business days, email us and we will chase it.

If it does not turn up
If your order has not arrived 25 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full. That is a guarantee, not a formality.
